is it worthy to trade in my sedan for a coupe?
I was considering the same thing a couple weeks ago. Had the appointment set up and everything but ultimately realized I did not want to go back to a coupe. There is some utility in having 4 doors, and most importantly I've enjoyed the lack attention from police.
You can make the sedan still feel tight and fit, I'd say stick with what you've got.

Point is, you could make your sedan a head turner for $4000
I was quoted only 50 more a month for a coupe plus I live in toronto where insurance is high compared to where you are.
from where i live, coupe insurance are more expensive. I'm not going to lie, I don't think the coupe look is bad, but the sedan is way more bada**. To a regular civilian, who would ever think you can take a sedan and make it look better than a coupe. Regular people who knows nothing about cars would obviously think the coupe is nicer. If you do have a nice sedan, people would definately turn heads. Unless you are getting that coupe for free, you shouldn't do it, but its your choice, we dont pressure you into doing i.
thank all u guys for the advices, really appreciated!
yeah i know if i spent 3~4gs on my sedan, it would be a head turner
and i love my car, i love G35s... i juz love coupes more than sedans a bit more lol
anywayz im going to the dealership on wed, hopefully i will find out some solutions...
ps: i asked this insurance agent and he told me that sedans and coupes are quoted for the exact same price...

if it was 2003 when people were still drooling of the coupe and you didn't already have the sedan then maybe. here in 2009 the road is already littered with G35 coupes so if you want to turn heads maybe get a 370z, G37 coupe or something. I say blow the money on the sedan if its burning a hole in your pocket or get a totally different car, change is nice sometimes.
but i mean anyone who uses the "word" "juz" should probably get a coupe with 24z s0n dawg

I agree. I see tons of coupes on the road...all driven by younger guys with some sort of aftermarket wheel, 5% tint, LED's everywhere, purple HID's and sometimes a really aweful body kit. Some of these cars look good i will admit, but the fact that it is more of a "boy-racer" car these days has turned me off to the idea of owning a coupe.
I wanted a coupe badly about 5 years ago. Almost bought an Athens Blue '05 6MT with NAV brand new. Back then, it was still a car driven by business-type people over 30 years old.
Now, it has become the next Honda civic. The sedan hasn't gone down that road (yet) fortunately. I still see sedans driven by older (boring) people...and to be honest, i like that.
Sorry if my post offends anyone, but just how i feel about the G35.
