dude.....after my spot welds showed up from my fender pull I have been thinking about doing this flare. I even talked to R&J for weeks about this but they have never seen such a flare kit. I wanted to do it because it doesnt require you to touch the doors at all. Please let me know if you find a universal flare that will work in this manner, I will bow down to you in great appreciation.

I know exactly which sedan you are talking about......i'll try to find it for you.

the reverse lights are easy to do. You can do them on any 03/04 sedan reverse lights. Take them off the car and take out the red lines. They are just pieces of plastic. They come right out. I did it to mine a while ago and sported that look for a bit.

you don’t need a kit... just have them cut vertical lines, pull the fenders, weld in additional material if you want more flare than the cut lines give... weld strips in add body filler, shape, primer and paint. That’s it.

Go to Auto Explosion if your shop cant do it

Thanks Marcus! Looks like the fronts are slighly flared too...hmm, considering doing this. I want to try to fit 295s on 10.5 +22 TE37s.

I think you'll need more than fender flare for those specs - you'll need an extra 35-38mm... that flare might give you 30 (mine gave about 25)... a mild wide body would probably be a better option for those wheels. Unless you intend to run massive negative camber (which I think looks odd and would kill the point of the body work).

From my current offset, 9.5 +34, I'll need 25mm to fit a 10.5 +22. As for tire size, I'm currently running 265/35, and I'll run 295/30 if I do go with this option. The tire will extend an extra 15-20mm, depending on how a 295/30 looks on a 10.5 (assuming no stretch, beefy). It might be perfect, but an extra 35-38 would be a better option since it might give me the option to run 305s.

OCG35,

That's a cool technique for a small flare.

I don't think that would provide enough room for a 10.5 or 11 rear wheel (with G35 coupe or 350Z offsets though.) I think you'll need a solid 1.5 (maybe 2") flare to accomplish it.
