Rear Doors Creaking TSB

Rear Doors Creaking TSB DIY-able?
Well so I went to my local dealer to get this fixed. They wanted me to accept that I might need to pay a 120 buck diagnostics fee, which I denied since I have a freaking TSB which means Infiniti/Nissan recognize the problem and should fix it free of charge( I have Infiniti Elite Warranty). But they wanted me to accept to pay a fee still.. so I went to the parts department and got the bolts for free. The guys at the parts department are cool. second thing they have given to me for free. (first drain plug)
So now I got these four bolts, Is there a DIY or some info around that I could do this my self? I found https://g35driver.com/forums/body-in...l-removal.html but thats for a coupe, and more or less just removing the door if its the same with the sedan but I don't know what to do after.
GW-80 to GW-83 in the Service manual- it seems as soon as I take off the metal cover it should be visible..
any input? What exactly is this piece doing? Holding the window? I will do one screw at a time, but I don't know what might happen.
Thanks

The bolts do hold the window, and if you do one at a time you won't have any problems. Remove the door panel. Leave the key in so you can raise/lower the window. With the window about halfway down you will be able to see the bolts through the metal frame of the door like your picture shows. I didn't bother peeling back the clear plastic moisture barrier, I just used my nutdriver to poke a hole where I needed it. The squeeking came back after I changed the bolts the first time, so the second time I used blue locktite. After that, I haven't had any squeaks for over a year. I used a piece of duct tape to cover the holes I punched in the vapor barrier. You could always peel back the vapor barrier but the black goo that holds it on is really messy and it's a pain to deal with.
