Oh yeah... I forgot about this thread lol. So yeah, I got my rebate check the other day too. So that brings my total cost of my last oil change down to $0

I feel like it doesn't even matter what oil you put, though I do use 0W-30 fully synthetic. haha.

If he's using even a medicore synthetic, in all likelyhood, he's just fine. There might be a concern if he's entertaining a long change interval but that's about it.
