Re: Custome Grill and MORE!
i'll be posting more info as soon as he duplicates my grill. it might be sometime next week when he gets a chance to finalize everything.

i'm pretty sure you'll just order through him. i will try and get a member discount, etc. and go from there.

i can tell you from my side, that there is a bit of labor involved, especially with fitment. however, since he is just duplicating a template, it should even out with him taking the time to glue the trim on.

Re: Custome Grill and MORE!
You cannot see the zip ties on the black grill (using black zip ties). I shouldn't say you can't "see" them, but they blend in nicely...if you are 2 inches away, you will see where the zip ties are connected.

People might worry about how secure zip ties hold the grill, but they do extremely well. 6 zip ties on the bottom and 2 on top go where the original grill is connected. I will take pics of the "install" for people and post it when I get my grill back.

Plus, the weight of the hood holds the grill in place and it forms a nice curve to match the frame of the front end. (that was the tough part to take into account when cutting, but I got it).

Here are the pics of the final product. I like the black one way more than silver. I have typed up the group buy info and am waiting approval to post it. I can tell you that the price is very good in comparison to what it cost me to make this one grill for myself!
