I'm trying to order one of these for my sedan, but the shipping method isn't valid for orders to Canada. Has anyone else had this issue?

Which shipping method are you trying to use? Only USPS is applicable for Canada. If it doesn't work that way I will have to check it out and see why it isn't.

FedEx says Not available for this shipment, and then USPS says Priority Mail International Not available for this shipment, and Express Mail International Not Available for this shipment.

Sorry, Looks like my shopping cart software is going through some changes.

If you would like to order feel free to call in your order or through email.

Sorry for the problem.

Installed mine yesterday. Nice product.
I had number of issues with installation-all my original plastic panels were "chewed" up beyond recognition. The only functional bolts were along the bumper and 2 at the very back. 2 in the middle(those which go right under the radiator) were broken off with rest of the bolt seized inside the hole.
So here's what I did:
-I removed 2 middle bolts from the new shroud. Just open up locking washer with srewdriver a bit. You can do without them.
-I got 4 big washers-about 2" in diameter and insterted new threaded clips into them(sorry, no pics). There're 2 mounting points in front of each wheel.
-I cut small hole in the bottom of fender liner next to hole closer to the front-this way I could stick my finger inside and hold the clip and washer while tightening the bolt.
-Second hole-there's enough place to hold the washer from inside. If you have huge hands, ask your wife to help you
Idea is than surface of the washer will pinch the plastic pieces to the new shroud.
Some pics of shroud and end result.

Nice shot of how much clearance there is with it!

I would recommend using all the bolt locations esp in the middle portion, Maybe have the broken screws drilled out. There is a lot of down force on that part of the shield.

Tried drilling them out-it's a dead end job-all is so rusted out. I will make new holes in rad support/shield just few inches away and put threaded sleeves there, should tie it down properly. Will post pics then.
