G35 won't start!

It started up fine in the morning, now when I try to start it, I get the ((!)), service engline light, and oil. I just had a oil change 2 days ago. What could be my problem? Its not my battery cause all the lights work.

so the starter not even working. My guessing is either it went bad or your car is on theft prevention mode (what it is it will prevent the G to start the car if wrong key or someone try to break in)

Try to use your key to the driver door and lock/unlock 5-7 times and after that try to start the car again to see if it will start the car. if not call your local infiniti and ask them since sometimes they will give you some idea and or even free toeing service to bring it to them.

other than that I have no clue unless some other experience fellow G in this forum also have same problem as yours.

Good luck

Your battery cable could be loose. Happens to my Mom's Suburban sometimes, the lights still work, but it doesn't have a good enough connection for the starter so it just goes "click" when you turn the key.
It's probably something else, but worth checking anyway.

What a a concidence man, just about 2 hours ago, my g35 didn't start. I knew that it had something to do with the newly remote starter I installed. It's hard to explain, but i think I aimed the remote out of the car's direction, but at the same time, it got some signal? And since my remote starters needs me to press it twice, i pressed it once and then second time and it wouldn't start. The car kept on trying to start with the lights coming on. I even try to start the car by using the key ignition. It didnt work, I gave up, went inside, ate a banana, came back out and start the car again and it worked,

I don't see it mentioned, but you have checked the oil level, right?

When I was 13 I drained the oil (transmission fluid... ) on my mom's Cressida and then filled the oil up to like 9 qts, haha. Car didn't like that much but it started, didn't go anywhere, but it started... You sure you put everything in the right spot? Oil filter on tight?

just cuz your lights work that doesnt rule out the battery

A 12v light will only draw so much....maybe 50mA, the motor needs alot more from the battery to start

Try to jump your car, if it works then your battery is dead

Ok, I will try to boost it. If that doesn't work I'll have to tow it to my mechanic. I heard you have to use a flatbed to tow the g35? Is this true? can I just tow it the normal way?

Try tapping the starter, might be the contacts?

Also check the battery water level, it might be low. Just top it off with distilled or deionized water. Both happened to me. GL

If it's AWD you need to flatbed it.

RWD can be towed by lifting the rear and leaving the front wheels down.
