East coast g owners

whats up guys, just figured id put up a threat talking about crappy "new england" weather.im sitting here waiting for the 18 inches of snow to get dropped on us in about 2 hours and it friggin sucks. you cali guys are so damn lucky. nice weather hot girls and beautiful G sedans (coupes too i won't hate lol) what can be better than that. im stuck in crappy rhode island where its cold 8 months out of the year and we barely get up to 85 in our so called "summers" eh oh well i still enjoy my G reguardless just wish there were more G owners in my area that i could associate with. Here's to a short winter and hopefully long summer!!!!

ha i feel you on that 1 although i live in new york. Roads are f*cked up and street parking sucks. Everyday my alarm on the remote (viper) goes off cuz some idiot can't fit in without bumping the surrounding cars.

I'm loving the snow. Tomorrow i plan on hopping in my X and heading out to start my Xmas shopping in the storm since everyone will be at home. The car drives awesome in the snow and I plan on having a blast with it!

But yeah, i'm silently waiting for summer too so i can buy some coupe 19's and slap them on when it's time to take the snow tires off!

No, looks like RI & southeastern MA is getting the brunt of it in MA/RI. 15" or more looks about right according to the forecast. Psyched to try out the G37X loaner car I've had for 7 days now in tomorrows snow!

Hey man, I just came back from the movies in a snow storm, and I'm telling you, just hit that snow button if you have an X, and you will be driving with no problem. I was driving and I saw about 4-5 cars spin out behind me, one of them was my friend who drove a prius. And all i can sayf is, those people must be jealous. We went over this part of the highway full of snow and everyone was drifting and spinning out of control, i drove by and only felt a bump and continue driving. The only time i had trouble was when I was braking too hard and I felt my car sliding a little, other than that, everything is cool

So I've been waiting for this snow to come for quite some time now and guess what... I wake up and there's NO freaking snow! Not even an inch up here in Western Mass. I'm pretty sure it's worse down in CT where I work. Guess no playing in the snow with the g. On a bright side I can at least wash her from the previous snow storm we had last weekend.

Yeah, the line of the storm has a pretty defined line. I live 1/2 hr southeast of Nashau and I think they have 1-2"....and I have 8".

philadelphia got 23 inches of snow. i took the G out when the snow was at maybe 12 inches in, i have a set of bridgestone blizzaks on my stock 17s and it handled pretty nicely. slip lights came on a couple times but driving under 35 and tapping the brakes made all the difference.
