My mom took the car to a funeral today and when she went to get in it, the key wouldnt turn in the ignition. The car is sitting at a church with the windows down. We will be going back to it in a little while and i was wondering what I can do or if it is something we have to let the Infiniti dealer do. Thanks in advance.

Check the steering wheel, maybe it is just turned all the way to the left or right. If that's the case it needs to be turned slightly more in the same direction and the key turned to unlock.

Make sure the gear is in park if it's an auto.
