Re: HELP! Engine Failure!
Man, so glad your getting things warrantied.
We should not be involved with that dealer as a G35 club, we should not support that kind of behavoir.

Re: HELP! Engine Failure!
it's a tough decision...
i want to believe that as a club we can change the way Peninsula approaches modded cars.
as much as I don't like them, especially their sales dept jacking up prices on the Coupes, i think we should try to work with them and see how the relationship works out. we have not signed anything in concrete, so things can change.
i'd like to welcome you guys to the next meet, regardless of what you think of Peninsula. See it as hanging out with other G-owners rather than meeting with Peninsula. They'll be offering free food and an opportunity to check out the 05's.
Plus, having everyone there will show them how strong we are as a club and that we can have a large influence in the G35 community.

Re: HELP! Engine Failure!
Eloy, I'm so glad the someone came to their senses over your issue.
It seems to have been resolved amicably and fairly.
Now maybe you'll get a good night's sleep.

Having dealt with this first hand I doubt we could do that. Especially since it was the Service Manager (Ron Cosgrove) that I believe spearheaded the campaign to try and screw me. Remember, they accused me of "racing" my car and "abusing" my car. All before they even knew what exactly was wrong with the engine. My G looks and sounds aggressive so they assumed I was some irresponsible street racer. VERY unprofessional.
