Help with removing front bumpers then headlights change aftermarket HID/Xenon bulbs

Hi, like title said, I need help with removing front bumpers then headlights change aftermarket HID/Xenon bulbs. I saw a rivet remover from the second picture here: https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...ple-steps.html the guy is holding in his left hand - where can I buy this or is it required? to pop up the rivet and remove it.
what else I need to do? tools?
car is 2003 g35 sedan non-xenon headlight set.
also can the original xenon headlight set assembly with the original ballast plug in -non -xenon wires?

You don't need to remove the front bumper.

This is what I do.

1) Jack up the car (whichever side you're doing first)
2) [optional] take the wheel off.
3) remove fender lining (it's like 5-6 plastic push-pin clips)
4) undo bulb cover
5) remove bulb.

Reverse steps.

yeah right that is another way, but how do you guys make sure those rivets are okay since if not just cracks and breaks what kind of tools do you use to take that out.

I also need to physically take out both headlights and reseat them due to blemishes and mis-alignment that's why i need the bumper off.

You can heat them up with a hair dryer and lift the rivet with a flathead slightly then let your fingers do the rest of the work. However, these things break all the time just get a bunch for an auto store or infiniti.

I use a flathead, it's not hard. just insert it into the little notch, twist the flathead screwdriver sideways and slightly up, and it'll pop right out no issues.
