I did mine and wasn't satisfied with it. Had it professionally painted and they were supposed to fix what I did, but didn't, maybe too much work? But I used as a base some RTV sealant or some crap like that. Then topped it off with some bondo. The bondo cracked because of the poor base. But it stood up well against rock chips and such. I'd just take it to a pro...there are shops that can do it for $150 painted IIRC.
