Calling All 05/06 Sedans with GTR style Taillight Overlays

How did you get them installed? I Just went to 5 tint places and no one wanted to touch them. Since they are precut and will shrink.

Any of you guys get the installed how did they do it?

^ It looked like a pain in the a$$ when Ryan (O Hella JDM) did my set, especially with the lining up of the circles. I gladly paid him and stayed the hell out of the way. Lots of blowdrying and adjusting and whatnot.

I'm surprised there's no shops there that won't touch it. Do you know any clearbra guys out there? They'd be the most logical installers, outside of any local members with the skillset.

Get it installed profesionally, they'll install it using soapy water and using the squeegy, anf using the heatgun or blowdrying to stretch it past the edges and triming off the excess Vinyl with an exacto knife. Or just get em painted at a bodyshop for a cleaner look

I had mine done by a tint shop. Took they guy forever to get them on looked like a real pain. Had them for a few months and I noticed they are starting to come loose. They look pretty good though. Good luck!

^ here http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y42/BlueBatmobile2005/

I spoke to Bluebat, and he got me in touch with an installer near me, He is very nice, and yea the overlays do look small but they DO FIT as he said.

And You need to find someone who know how to install Vinyl overlays not tint overlays.

Hoping to get these installed sometime this week
