the only "nice" shift **** I have ever used was a Razo and it was garbage. I prefer the weight of the can better.

A Z/G favorite is the TK Hebi bebi. Thing is a savage.
Other have the ARC mirror'd ball, Forged etc.
There is only one or two guys with weird *** ***** (that I know of), most of us need something comfy and heavy to throw, that being said, my Z still has the OEM **** as I haven't found something ideal yet. Probably end up being the ARC.

I'm not sure if you're still looking, but I have a Ricks S2k engraved **** that I'm considering swapping out for something different. I could include an aluminum finisher I picked up from a vendor as well. PM me if you're interested.
