Don't buy it. Get an aftermarket player instead. The factory units crap out all the time.

I paid $250 for my headunit with iPod (Pioneer), $200 for the DDIN kit.

JDM DD unit will run about $200-300 on eBay etc. Anyone know if that effects the factory Navi?

Don't replace the original changer. Some members have been though several. Not worth the risk.

Buy an ipod and get it connected. Better than a 6 disc.

i'd wanna get the double din kit,, and a touchscreen head unit to play cd's... but thatll run me around 1k

anyone know what a good deal on a oem used 6disk changer is? i found a guy thats parting out his salvaged car and i dont wanna low ball him or get ripped off myself

^That's really hard to say. Stock units sell for a ton, but they shouldn't be worth anything as much as they break.
You would really be better off to get a double din with a single din adaptor and a cheap pioneer or alpine or something, if you don't want to pay much
