rear camber
Man, I wish I could at least be at -6 camber. I think I'm gonna say f*ck it and dial in some positive camber and deal with tire rubbing. F*ck the damn cops for givin me sh*t when I rub only goin up driveways. At least my wheels won't scrape and I can lower my car more.
no matter what drop u have u will still have a neg on ur car from be lower i have tanabe df210 im -1.7 in the front and rear -2.8 no camber kit front i have camber kit before was -2.8 sumthing like that it was bad tho
^^ yea I'm close to -3.0* an with a camber kit I'm lucky to get to -2.5* cause I'm just so close to my fenders but hey i got the toe and caster dead on so right now I'm happy with that
I'm on tein basics with SPC Camber kits all around and have the car dropped enough that the tires are slightly tucked into the fender. Camber is 2.8 all around. If I take out the front camber kit and put the stock ones back on can anyone guesstimate what the camber will be at??? Thinking of taking the front one out because it knocks when I hit a significant bump while riding this low.
Cool, I may take off my spc front camber kit then get alignment again. I can't stand the knocking. Guesstimating the stock arms would put me around -2.4 maybe if you're at -1.8. Thanks for the info!
what do you mean put you around -2.4º ?? before i went to get an alignment done my car was at F- -2.1º front and R one side was -3.6º and the other was -3º and after my alignment im not at F- -1.8º and my rears are at -3º ...
You have a 2.5 drop all around and they got your camber to 1.8 with the stock arms after alignment right? I'm riding much lower than 2.5 inches so i'm just assuming they can get me around 2.4 if I put the stock arms back on. I been debating about taking off the SPC front camber for some time due to the knocking issue. Just wanted to make sure that my camber will not get worse than the 2.8 i'm at right now if I go back to the stock arms.
ooo ok i got you yea my fronts are right around -2º nothing more so yea you should be around -2.5 my guess ... i kinda like the negative camber .. as long as my toe and caster are fine i have no problems with the camber ... i think you should be fine
Yeah man thanks for the info. I'm going to take off the SPC up front for sure now. I thought I needed it in front to get the caster and toe in spec but if I don't then it's pretty much useless at the height I like riding at.
