Looking for the Ex-Owner of 2005 G35 Sedan
Hey people,
I was just curious if the Ex-Owner is on this forum, so I can ask him/her a few questions about the car.
Please let me know, I'm very interested in buying the car, I just don't believe anything dealers say, so I want to know cars history from the Ex-Owner him/her self
Thanks a lot people,

pnn23, I understand man.....but Carfax doesn't tell you if the car need a clutch replacement, if the tranny is f'ed up, if control arms are done, if all fluids are up to date, etc.....so I just though if I create this thread, maybe I'll get lucky and stumble upon the Ex-Owner and see why he got rite of such a great machine.
This is the dealership that is selling it:
Empire Motors

^ Understood Reso, but when I pull up autocheck for my G35, it shows when it was put into service, the location of the first owner, and when I bought it, with mileage specifics. Also, sometimes it shows if the car was sold from an auction or not. If you could see the locations, you could ask for help in one of the regional subforums?
Though you won't get alot of the mechanical specifics from carfax/autocheck that you're looking for until you speak to the previous owner....to get to the owner you have to provide as much info as possible about the G35. Mileage, more pics, what options are on it, etc. - as much detail as possible.
Regardless of whether or not you find the previous owner, I'd also definitely get the car checked by a mechanic (Infiniti dealership or car inspection services). Hell, they might be a better source than a previous owner if said owner knew jack except for how to start the G35 with the keyless fob
Good luck, it's worth a shot to ask around here, but Driver isn't the only G35 forum on the internets.....

Dealer does have the Carfax report. But Carfax shows 6 records, while Autocheck.com shows 11 records........but it doesn't matter, I want that car hehe, its exactly what I was looking for. I just hope that it doesn't sell before I go get it.
All the money I would have spent on research and check-ups, I can just use it towards fixing what ever can be wrong with a 43k mile nissan, usually, not a thing! (through out my experience)
Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions

@ 626Gthirtyfive
I offered 14k of the door, since I'm pretty sure the car is not mint and it would need maintenance and fixing. But I just found out, oscar_g-sedan06 pm'd me, that it was sold yesterday for 16.5, and that it was not in good shape inside or out. So I'm glad I didn't rush into it.

There is good sedans man, but 70% are AWD because of snow in Utah, and the other 30% are AT hehehe. I went to the infiniti dealer the other day, they had 1 sedan with RWD AT, everything else was AWD hehe.
I'm looking for 6MT, because its just more fun driving manual.
