Overhead Console / Sunglass holder questions.
Unfortunately I do not have a home link mirror. I think someone modified them into the bottom of one of the mirrors which also is a good idea if you have one.
Audi / VW has the LED's mounted in there overhead console as well as on some models in the mirror :
The above is how I want it to visually look somewheres in our overhead console.
Any idea on where you want it to shine? Are you looking to light up the middle area or have it shine somewhere specific for night visability without turning on the dome light?
I think in the TSX it shined right where the ash tray was, the RSX also had a similar feature to shine on the cup holders/tray area.

I am looking to make it shine in in the same spot as the TSX / ( my old VW ) shined. Right over the center stack where it starts to turn towards the shifter.
I was also debating adding a small LED to possibly the cup holder region as well. Where you slide the door open. I would mount it towards the rear so it was not visible but had a very low light glow when opened.
We shall see just an idea! The overhead console I am going to move fwd with.

Thanks for that link! I think I saw that a while back forgot.. Def want it to look very OEM like.
So either like the above pic or recessed like OEM VW posted earlier.
