Jose (Ionic) just picked up my front lip last Thursday for the mold to be made; I'd imagine any discussion on pricing and when it'll be ready for purchase at this time would be purely speculative. Give it a few weeks.


For people with questions about the reliability of the fiber-reinforced plastic (flexible fiberglass) that he uses, your best bet would be to go take a look at his replica coupe front lip thread and PM a few guys who have purchased and have been rocking his replica lip.

 

I didn't think so either. People were just having a discussion. Definitely nothing negative toward the vendor.

I think everybody in this thread is very appreciative of Ionic's and pnn23's willingness to step-up here. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product and hope to have one on my car.

 

That teaser picture of the lip looks good, if that is the lip that Ionic is making, I'll buy it. I'm guessing the lip might flow for around 300?

That is not the lip Ionic is making, but it's similar. That lip is one bought off eBay by Nyteowl to do a test-fit on his Nismo bumper. Ionic is making a replica of the OEM lip for the 2005-2006 Sedans.

 

Read through the thread. Ionic is working on producing this right now.
