^ I work in a shop, it pretty much is a show car.

And my car rides about as good as a stock Z, so I don't see the point not too!

proper coilovers shouldn't ride too poorly even when "slammed" but it hurts the handling to make a car that low and it means you have to pu$syfoot around all the time to avoid scraping.

I believe that 4DGS's car rides like a stock 350z because I have 350z suspension and its not exactly soft and I had 2 sets of coilovers on my rsx and I would say the ride in my g with z suspension is comparable to my rsx on coils, maybe a bit less bouncy

on the other hand, dropping a car 3 inches with drop springs, as the op plans to do has fail written all over it, notice he didn't mention upgrading the shocks, even if he did I doubt there are shocks that can handle a 3 inch drop anyway, that thing is going to ride like crap

I have cheap coils too, riding in something with KW coils is a whole different story.

SMA, good luck finding info on them though. Shot in the dark when I bought these.

My only complaint is they don't go low enough. I'd hate to have bought these for my Z.

Oh no I'm happy with the drop for my sedan, but they wouldn't do much on the Z. The rear is totally maxed out right now.

In terms of comfort?

The G is still comfier.

The Z is dropped on eibach Sports (pretty low) and I still take ride comfort of the G over the Z, but it's a little different since you're basically sitting on the rear wheels.

I'll tell you once I have the Z caught up.

But to be totally honest, it "feels" like it has more pull(the Z) but they run beside each other pretty easily.
