19s work well on a coupe, 20s if it's lowered a good bit.

Just be prepared, 19" tires are hella coinage.

if you're from philadelphia, i cant wait to see how your coupe is going to look. there have been so many coupe in philly who's doing 22's and up and you have to see how many people is dumping gas at him while he's being flamed.

if you're going with bigger, please make sure you're going with style. dont just put on asanti's and call it a day. i really dont want to drive and see your car and say in my head "is this the person from the forum who was asking about those 20 something inch wheels?, oh god it is, i need to speed up before he/she gives me the thumbs up." hehehe

Glad to see another from Philly

I was actually thinking about something like this G35:

Can anyone identify those rims? It looks like it says Avus, or Axis.

Anyways, yea I'll definitely lower the car first then, and I'll look into 20's.

I have a friend who has 21's on a Z, but he has defined aggressive and wheel stretch and poke. He would put everyone on this site to shame. Too bad he doesn't have pics of the car to show.

I run 20's with a mild drop ( eibach springs). I love the look, but the road noise is starting to get to me (30 series tires). Living in philly I do not recommend going anything larger than 19's. The tires are more expensive, but will cost you less in the long run in rim repair cause of the larger section of tire you can run ( 40 series?). IMHO to each its own, you wanna rock the 21's go for it, drop it with proper offset you'll be ok

If u ant see, hear, or feel it they wont touch it! man one of those guys have a FX on 30's! looks hella flush! but yes 24 are 2 much the m we saw on 22's down there was beyond nice vip curtains the works......they care about their cars just like we do but we all have our sections! LOL i still want a charger on 24's with a 2 tone candy matchin interior and 15 screens with 3 12's in the trunk with a pop trunk kit and Mexican exhaust!

hahahhahah..great thread... on a more serious note for the homie...
instant win equation:
coilovers (stance, bc racing, mdb, or more pricey stuff if you like)+19" or 20" wheel+ correct wheel offsets (please search this before asking) + decide if you want to stretch tires or not (another search first item)

be aware 19" tire prices are much more expensive than 20" pricing.

ShanesG has got a great wheel fitment thread that can start you off with ideas

http://https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-tires/313017-official-wheel-fitment-pic-thread-pics-specs-only.html

good luck
