Jack Tool and Lug Wrench??

New (about 2 months) owner of a 2006 G35x, hoping I am posting this in the right section. Here it goes:

Went to change the rear brake pads on my G today at my inlaw's (they have any tool I would ever need). Went to get the lug wrench/tire iron or whatever you want to call it from the trunk of the car and it wasn't there. My question is where would be the best bet to order a replacement tools, I have the jack, I just need the jack tool (the one used to raise and lower the jack) and the tire iron/lug wrench.

I bought the car used and am a little peeved that these were missing, would have really been upset if I would have had a flat and no tools to get the tire off with.

^Welcome to driver

Look on the bright side. Better to find out about that now, than some night in the pouring rain, snow or sleet on the side of the road, out of town, with a flat.... because that's usually the way that stuff goes!

I'm not sure you would be able to order that one tool by itself. You might check http://www.infinitipartsonline.com I've had good success with them in the past.

You can also send a PM to RICK@riversideinfiniti or Tim@Grubbs

If it's too expensive, or they will only sell it as the entire jack, your next best resources would be junkyards, eBay and craigslist.

did you look in the spare tire well?... there should be a pouch with the tow hook & lug nut wrench - it isn't stored with the jack in the side panel ~

Is there a general headlight mod thread?
It seems like I remember one, but I didn't see it

Every time someone does a retrofit, they've just been making their own thread, and it would be better they would just put them all in the same place.

Yes I checked in both places, the shift lock tool is ther, but the pouch is not. My car does not have the molded spots in the foam.

Yes
Thanks for the pic, but as I said, mine is the Type A set up from the manual, with a bag sitting next to the spare. The foam spacers under the carpet do not have cutouts in them for the tools. I already PM'd Riverside, hopefully they can help out.

anyone had any issues with one projector headlight flickering and then turning off? both fogs work even when only one projector works. and sometimes it comes back on 20ish minutes down the road. Loose connector maybe?
