I have a question. I have an 06 Infiniti sedan, G35X. I'm looking at a set of Original stock Infiniti m45 sport 19 inch wheels.. Will these fit on my car? Thanks

It's not the concept of how it works that's tricky, the position takes finagling the first couple times until you're used to it. (not unlike the retarded design of the oil dip-stick)
So true!

Anyway - I'm not sure if it's "normal" or not... what are yours like?
You want a pic of mine? I do feel that the forward lean is a little excessive... though it's not as bad as some cars I've been in.

I think the ultimate solution is coupe seats

BTW, welcome back Mike... now fix your avatar!!! (or better yet, send me 5 to 10 of your fav pics... )

Will these rear brakes pads fit on my 06x? I got them Riverside and they listed that they were compatible with the 03-06s.

I can't remember if it was just the fronts that got the overhaul in 05-06 or was it all 4 corners?

Does everyone just use motul dot 4? Going to pick up fluid soon and do my brakes probably next weekend.

Thanks for the input. So if I'm to purchase these, I should go with a 10mm spacer in the front with extended studs? I called an Infiniti dealership and he seemed to think the wheels are too big, going from a 215 to 245. Whats everyones take on that?

I thought the M45 rims needed at least a 5mm spacer so they would clear something to fit on the G

I think it's so the rim clears the front suspension arm IIRC

I think the rear calipers are the same. The fronts are new and the rears just got pushed out further but use the same caliper...I think

I use valvoline synthetic brake fluid in all my cars. Nothing wrong with motul either

Have you changed your rears yet? I should put a picture of the rotors because I don't know if they need to be machined. The dealer thinks so but I've heard that since we have such a strong front bias, I may be able to just swap the pads as long as the rotors are in relatively good condition.

yes, the rear pic is similar to my angle, but the front doesn't seem the same... I dont think mine are that thick... The exaggerated forward angel that the rear shows, looks like that from the front on mine...

I guess I should take pics and post a thread requesting pics of others...

Thanks Ashly, I was burned out with the car and the scene for a while... just washed it for the first time in months (after trip to Bakersfield drag strip then a trip to the river = hadn't washed it at all after either trip)...

I'm not sure how much contributing I will be making - frankly burned out on much of what goes on with this site too... so I dont care to add to profile, garage, or anything like that...

Just do what I do, avoid the political section, and the other bull-crap filled threads like the plague, feed the occasional troll, make 'old' jokes at Wayne and 'kid' jokes at Janik
