^ I've seen Stillen complete gen 2 exhausts FS here for ~$450 or so. Not a bad price for all three items.

I wouldn't get an alignment right after installing any coilovers or springs. I'd wait for them to settle in first and then get the alignment. Roughly 500-1k miles.

Cory, don't get Megan test pipes. From what I hear, they WILL crack on you.
Also, you may want to shy away from all test pipes. All of them rasp too much for me, even resonated test-pipes. But everyone's opinion is different, so you'll want to listen to some clips and decide for yourself.

i can't find any good clips but i don't mind a little rasp. i've hung around the german car scene too long.. m series and porsches just sound amazing so i don't mind. and i figure i can't find the oe-rs for under $440 shipped, for an extra $60 i can always sell the test pipes for more than what i bought them for

Thanks for the input guys. I definitely had the sense that these shops were trying to take me for a ride with those quotes.

I had originally planned to install the suspension myself but got discouraged by some seized rusty nuts a few weeks ago when I tried to do the fronts. After picking up a breaker bar and some liquid wrench this afternoon I managed to install the rear springs and shocks, and get 5 of the 6 rear sway nuts loose. It took 5 hours but in the end - success!

I may give the fronts another go in the morning. Right now it looks like I've got junk in the trunk.

Are these the clips that hold on the bumper?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESE%3AIT

For those of you that bought them from China, how long did that take?
