^Nothing against you man, but I really don't get that whole "what if I don't like it" train of thought.
On this forum, you can find a pic of just about any color with a black roof, and quite a few IPs... so if you like it, just do it. An overlay is just time, money and effort that could have went into having it painted, which will result in a much better looking finished product.

Honestly, an overlay doesn't really give you a true picture of what it will look like anyway, because it's just not as glossy.

Nobody take this the wrong way, I'm not ranting or 'going off' on anyone, just trying to explain my logic.

It would be a different look on the DG. But see if someone can do a quick photoshop if you are unsure. Still, could be worth it!

well i didn't think you could PC aluminum bc it would warp like older cars with aluminum heads.. lol and if i get a CF i am not painting it.

I just purchased 4 Pedobear stickers from Ebay. I am going to put one on my Ducati and maybe a couple on my black G35... WHERE should I put them on the G?

You can PC aluminum.

It only gets 400deg, and the part wouldn't be under any torque load.

But I can understand erring on the side of caution.
