Don't know of any manual. But look for any screws. A lot of cars have little trap door looking things hiding screws underneath. Just pop it off with a flat, and unscrew it. It's most likely held on with screws and clips/tabs.

If you can't get the interior panels off I would not try to do your own paintless dent removal. That is an art itself and those guys have a bunch of different tools. Its very easy to make a nasty high spot and stretch out the metal.
