People will stand in line for 4 hours just to get $15 of free gas.. or 1hour for a free scoop of ice cream...

Put something worthy and free on the forum and all of the sudden members that haven't posted for five years will pop up

For those that DIY, what containers do you use to bring in your used oils? I've heard advance auto parts will take pretty much all oils but wasn't sure if you have to sacrifice your container or you just pour it in like a 55 gallon drum or?

I'm looking for 245/45/18 tires. What's the best brands to consider with a budget of 800?

Based on a bit research I narrowed it down to:

1. Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport
2. General Exclaim UHP
3. BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2

Did anyone ever used any of these tires?

I like my Continental ExtremeContact DW...great in rain and pretty quiet...plenty of dry traction for a DD G

i had potenza re750's not really a fan, harsh ride, although they were 40 profile

anyone had a chance to drive a 2011 WRX?

Has anyone done the Altima "FatBoy" tip mod?
I did mine last year and love the way it looks but the metal is tapping and rattling. I was going to try and trim down the small "fingers" that were cut to hold them on and use some epoxy to attach them but if that didnt work I would be SOL trying to pull them off with hardened epoxy. Any advice?

Pour into 55 gal drum... most places let you do it yourself but some insist on pouring it themselves because the drums are in he back where parts are (at least ones I use).

I used to have a plastic container with about 5" diameter top opening with screw on lid and mesh filter - and on the side it had a pour spout with a screw on cap to empty from - worked real good and was pretty low/shallow so worked under most of my cars but the G is a pita to get under so I dont use that method anymore...

You can buy similar containers at any auto parts store - or buy the disposable kind (they aren't as easily fitted under car and not as easy to work with)... most auto parts will empty from any container though.
