^ They're hard to come by but they'll pop up every now and then. Definitely not as rare as a 350z HR y-pipe, though.

Your best bet would be to be proactive in your search:

Post a WTB in the exhaust marketplace.
Check your local Craigslist often.
Look/search around the forum for other coupe drivers that have upgraded their exhausts and ask them if they still have their OEM parts < probably your best bet.

i found mine on craigslist after searching for like 3 months! my last resort would have been to buy it from the dealer because they wanted like 200+ at the time. keep searching buddy!

A 350Z mid-pipe works just the same as it has the same resonator, only it'll need a 4 inch extension to fit the G... I might have an extra.

i installed mines and honestly the drone i get crusing at the speed limit 55mph got annoying to me yesterday. But if you go 65-70mph less noise and i love it.

^ but considering that 4inch piece will cost anywhere from 20-40 and the middy would cost about the same, its not worth it

Drone from the coupe middy?! Are we talking about the same part here? For me, at cruise it's barely noticeable over the sedan middy. It's when I go WOT when the sex begins...

But considering how a new coupe mid-pipe costs 250, the extra cost to install the 350Z mid-pipe doesn't sound so bad.

Quote: Here a few videos.

30% throttle, 1st and 2nd gear

From inside the car, full throttle, manually shifting, traction control on (see video 3 on why I left the TC on)

From outside the car, full throttle, TC off, 1800rpm launch, spin all thru 1st and some of 2nd, too much wind to capture much sound

I have a HR Ypipe and I love it. smother flow and nice tone. Slam dunk considering the cost. I paid like 70 bucks!
