I've been lurking at this forum for the past few days, waiting 'til I got my own G35 to join in. Picked it up this afternoon at Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City, I think I got a pretty good deal: Sedan w/Lux leather, Premium Pkg., Navigation, Sport Suspension all for $32,820. Of course taxes & license added on a bit more, but it was so painless. I had already arranged financing at 3.99% & they beat it at 3.97% not much difference, but a pleasant surprise. The salesman Ernie took the time to show me how all the gadgets work - the Navi is cool, and will be practical esp on trips out of town. Got out of the dealer in a bit over an hour - amazing! And no pressure to buy lo-jack or undercoating or whatever extras. I'm extremely satisfied, & enjoyed my first ride home. Of course, it was rush hour & a lot of bumper to bumper traffic, but there were nevertheless a couple opportunities to let the car shine. Love the power & handling! Tomorrow, looks like down the coast to Carmel, just to cruise. I might even let the wife drive!

And I love the Carribean Blue - it is spectacular!

Congratulations and welcome; you'll love the NAV. I'm impressed with your price; that's exactly the same price I paid (to the dollar) for basically the same car (I got the Winter Pkg also). Big difference is I was using VPP, so you must be a hell of a negotiator.

I thought about the Winter Pkg - I wanted the space saver spare though. And since I don't live in a snow area, I figured I really didn't ned the heated seats (maybe I'll regret that if we go to Tahoe in the winter). Anyway, I'm very happy with the deal I got.

The Winter package combined with the Sport-tuned Suspension package still gets you a space-saver spare. It's what I have.

The heated seats don't have to be used just because it's cold... they also work great on stiff/sore back muscles during the commute home.
