Re: New Chip?????

Take a look at couple more links:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5724948954

If you carefully look at the pictures of the chip itself, you will notice, that they are SO MUCH ALIKE... Just different letters: Nissan on one, Mitsubishi on the other... I hear whispers in my head... what are they saying? PAINT SHOP !!! This guy is a fraud !!!

Re: New Chip?????

WTF could that possibly do??? it's only got two wires going to it. Any electronic circuit would at the very least need two wires (power and ground) in addition to any signal wires. since it is in a plastic box which is isolated it has no possible ground, so those wires are probably only going to either a resistive circuit or a capacitor, that is the only thing that two individual wires could be doing in a circuit like that. My guess that is is a waste of money.

Re: New Chip?????

Ya...i wouldn't even want to buy it and see what it does.
I could just here it now.

Re: New Chip?????

I bet you probably you could find that same exact so called "chip" at Radio Shack for less than a dollar. You will also find similar items with a 75 cent resistor selling as much as $70 on ebay. All those type of things are scams, don't buy em.

Re: New Chip?????

That "Nissan" chip is a resistor pack. It has 8 resistors on it, one of which is being used here. Obviously it's yet another air sensor bypass. This guy is pretty clever to make it look like a "chip" but it's no different than any of the resistor auctions.

Re: New Chip?????

Why pay $20 for a $0.02 resistor in a box? I think he answered his own question.

Re: New Chip?????

It's amazing how many people have purchased those crappy resistors (chips) from him. There is a sucker born everyday!!!
