A lot of the parts, aside from the obious body parts. The search function will guide you down the right path. The G35 and 350Z have a lot of parts in common.

 

wheels, brakes, suspension, front seats, all of the exhaust besides the axleback, anything engine or tranny related and the dash board is the same I think. Also people have put the front end of the coupe on sedans, It takes some modifications though.

There are two upper oil pans for the G35, one for AWD and one for RWD.

Lower oil pan was the same regardless.
