05/06 Nismo front vs. KuRookie front

well after hitting a blown out 18 wheeler tire on the road i have a few choices .. first off not many sedans have the KuRookie front and not many have the nismo front on a 05/06 sedan as well .... i can get my stock front bumper redone and repainted for all under $600 or i can get either the nismo front with the ducts or the kurookie front for around 600 shipped and just pay the few hundred extra and have them painted ...

i want to see 05/06 sedans with either nismo front WITHOUT the plate in the middle and 05/06 sedans with the kurookie ...

im leaning more towards the nismo right now but im having second thoughts on the kurookie front end ...

lets hear what you have to say about this and why ...

thanks guys,

snoop

edit i snatched some pictures :-) ... if no one knows what or even have a clue what these bumpers are here are some pictures ..

nismo front but without the ducts

Kurookie front

Chris here is my opinion

PROs for the KuRookie over the Nismo
- Better styling
- Looks more aggressive, clearly not OEM
- If you ever go FI your FMIC will look perfect in the center opening (except if you have dual FMICs like Alex did)

PROs for the Nismo over the KuRookie
- Clean OEM look
- Sits 1-1.5" higher than the KuRookie, so if you are going to slam your ride you may have issues with ground clearance
- Lines up better with OEM 05-06 sides
- INGs ducts look pretty awesome behind the Nismo

With all of that said my vote is for the KuRookie.

Comparison of how they look sitting next to each other. My ride is 1/4" lower than RC and I have 1.5"+ less bumper clearance

Nismo x a billion. I personally think the kurookie gives any nice car an element of cheapness. It's better suited to a lesser car of lesser taste.

Then again, the choice is yours. Nothing any of us says should sway YOUR decision.

^+1, it totally up to you Chris. Whatever YOU want, go with it. You are gonna find some on here that really don't like the KuRookie (hehe), so if you get it its gotta be because YOU like it.

o i know that :-) i just wanted to hear pro's and con's and you helped me with it ... sometimes i like to hear others opinions which i stated in the top ...

well as low as i am now and for a DD of 50 miles a day and i WANT TO GO LOWER the kurookie might not hold up as much as the nismo so i would need as much front ground clearance as i can get ....

before i started this thread i was all for nismo but like 80-20 but im think full nismo will be the best thing for now..
