also, what info should i prove in the form? also, how do they know its specifically for the g35 sedan? i do not see any vehicle listing.. or is this info provided on the description of incident?

Just give the info they ask for, and when it asks to describe the problem say the 3rd brake light prematurely fails and link some posts if you want. Say that it works when it wants to or its completely out..ect Just describe the issue.

Put your Vin in, and then its logged, from there NHTSA if it launched a probe and finds something to be defective it will then call Nissan saying they need to launch a recall for it..ect

i had this problem but i already replaced my light with a new one a while ago. should i still file the complaint?

Yup.

And save your receipt if you have it because of an recall were to be issued....you would get reimbursed.

Yes if you have replaced it already, just send it in and tell them you had it replaced.

The more forms sent in the better.
