HELP...TAKEDA intake
Just bought this TAKEDA RETAIN short ram air intake for my 2003.5 G35 sedan. Install was going great until I tried putting my MAF in. It won't fit . I guess I have a different version or something. I did some research and found out there are two versions (check link for picture). In the picture I have the one on the left. I need the one on the right. My question is...can I bypass this or swap sensors...or do I need to sell my new Mod??

Youre probably better off just going with a Z Tube and JWT pop Charger or K/N drop in filter. Ive heard most CAI systems actually drop HP other than the two aforementioned. Also, if you bought it new you might be able to go contact the dealer and trade MAF pieces.
Not sure if you can use a diff maf or not. And I don't know if the harness connector will just hook up either. If the maf connector isn't a direct swap, then you are looking at cutting/soldering a new connector.
It ain't worth it.
