Idiots hitting my car while parked then leaving, which type of paint to use?
From where? I am scared of the color not matching up because of aging and all that.
i just called bumper doc, regarding my issue, and they said 250-375 to fix..? that seems like a whole bumper respray almost... this is my damaged here. its all clear coat damage.
u should be fine with color matching... my car was 5 years old and my ebay lip looks just like oem, and my oem front lip also looks oem... if anything the fender may need a polish.
OP, $400 sounds like a good deal, just double check with them when the weather is good, and ask them if they work with insurance company (just for your reference). Another way to get a more accurate quote is to let your insurance company estimate it. They are experienced in car damages and can give you a better idea. Just my .02.
Color matching will depend upon how well you take care of your paint. If you can undo a few bolts this is definitely the cheapest option.
