so i was thinking about trying on the two sets of rims i have here at home, just to get an idea of sizes and wheel style, one is Buddy Club P1 II plus 18x8 +38 with 215/40/18 all around, the other is the set on my prelude XXR 962 17x7 +38 205/45/17 and 17x9 +35 225/45/17...

i will be going with either 19's or 20's depending on a later decision, and from what i've gathered looking around, BC Racing coilovers seem to be the suspension i would like to go with, unless someone has anything better in mind within the same price range...

couple of pics of wheels on the prelude, let me know what you guys think

Those offsets are gonna be kinda tucked on the G... but hey, throw the 18's on and get pics at least.

what width and offset combination would get me the same look as the rear of the lude? something like 9.5 with a +35 maybe?

^Your best bet is going to be to thumb through this thread: https://g35driver.com/forums/media-s...sh-thread.html

Find a car with the stance you like, and if they haven't already posted their wheel setup, just ask.

lol. Yeah... those are quite small. Don't much help the 4x4 status of the OEM G suspension either

I think those could work with a little spacing, the proper tires, a substantial drop, and either a brushed/polished/or body matched lip.

hey, i figure at least i can get my suspension and have some rims until i can get the real ones...i'll color match the lips and i think i can get by looking somewhat decent...that gap is ridiculous...i'd rather just leave the car stock until i can do it right...don't want people to see my car and think "wow this guy has horrible taste/style"

is anyone good with photoshop, that can shop the first pic making the car really low on those wheels

Here's a quick (dirty) chop for you. I went ahead an colormatched the lips while I was at it
