Glad to hear your okay and the fam wasn't seriously injured. Sucks to see a G go down though.

And I love my IP btw, but LS or TB is a nice color too...

that would be like keeping my car and magically lowering the mileage lol

Thank goodness everyone is ok thats all that matters!
Parts for people are way overpriced than parts for cars!
quick question i see you changed your side marker and daytime running light bulbs
HOW DID YOU ACCESS the ones in the headlights??
did you have to pull the whole headlight out?!
Once again sorry about everything hope insurance helps you out nicely!

Man that sucks,Im glad to see everybody is okay..quick question was your third brake light working?I was just wondering because I have seen alot of 03-04 sedans and coupes in my area with that light out.If it was, This could and should be pushed into a recall.

^i know, i've decided that when i have kids i'm gonna force them to drive volvos. they are made out of rock.
honestly i was kinda pissed that the person at fault was able to walk away with their car not wrecked.. it seems really unfair

nope, just follow this, look at post 8
i actually used this diy because it has a lot of pics and makes it easier.
I got the actual LEDs from marinelli if you're interested. they were the 4SMD LEDs and i used the same bulbs for the DRLs and for the side markers.

actually you might not realize the amount of front end damage from this picture.
besides from my hood that needs to be replaced and the obvious bumper and grill, both my fenders are bent and so are my A pillars. they weren't aligned after the accident.
moreover, I wouldn't feel safe driving this car if they repaired it honestly because the airbag sensors might be damaged and deploy the airbags randomly and cause injuries or maybe even another accident. so i am actually hoping it doesn't get repaired.

I actually already submitted my complaint to the NHTSA, BUT i replaced my third brake light this past summer, so it was working at the time.
the driver of the volvo just wasn't paying attention.
if anyone has their third brake light out which actually is a very common problem, look here: https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...yours-out.html
