First thing you need to do is wet sand, buff, and polish those lights, so you can drive a night again!

3M restoration kit from walmart will fix the headlights. Bout 20 bucks and does an excellent job.

PICS!
Curious to know what cheaper mufflers there are other than the Sebring. It's quite inexpensive as it is. For it's quality, hard to find something cheaper.

^ keep them waxed and they will be maintained as long as they are covered in wax!

You could also buff and clear-coat them. They will still need wax, they'll just have an extra layer of protection.

Whatever you wax or seal your car with.

Wax protects paint, same applies for plastics or metal.

Oem mufflers

Seriously...don't just be one of the sheep that puts an exhaust on a car because it's the "thing to do". Put an exhaust on that you are going to like....not whatever is cheap. In that case, you are better off sticking with oem vs some pos universal exhaust.

You have a blank slate...choose your mods wisely and tastefully. If you gotta hold off and save for a quality exhaust setup...then that's what you gotta do.

First thing I'd do...clean the car up and take some pride in it. You have a nicer car @ 17 than most guys my age had when we were 17. Some guys here have some very tastefully done cars....heed their advice

Check riverside infiniti and ebay.

And Yeah I agree, I think that modding just to mod is useless and defeats the purpose. Save for each thing that you really want and make a list of what is most important. Everyone does it a different way. Some go for the expensive stuff first (rims, exhaust etc..) and others do a ton of little stuff then go big. which ever you choose, never cheap out. If you want great sound and a small boot in performance, save for a nice cat back and HFCs
