Halo headlights for a 2003 G35 sedan

Hello everyone, I'm G-rida and I just purchased a 2003 G35 sedan with 47k on it! It's a one owner car and in great cosmetic and mechanical condition. I want to put some halo headlights on it. Can someone please suggest some to me? Thanks

Be ready for a lot of people to suggest not to do halos.

2003 G sedan with only 47K miles. Nice find! My G had over double that when I bought it.

I usually try not to get into personal opinion type threads....but halos are just one of those mods that look right only on certain cars. If the car is 100% stock...it won't look right IMHO

Nothing is wrong with Halos on a G35...I agree if its stock it doesnt make sense but if you got the tint, rims, halos maybe even halo's in teh back it will look tight

bringing this back from the dead, i as well want to get headlights(not so much halos)
i really want some oem type, crystal house with smoke lenses and cant find any anywhere!!!!
all i find is the dang pre cut film to smoke it, i dont wanna do that junk.
i found some decent projectors that have only the lower halo with a not so ricey type led strip along the side not through the middle of it. i will tint the windows 5%, lower it and put volk racing gt-c on it. its the diamond graphite color. has anyone used these before? or suggestions where i can find what i want^^\

ninja edit- i have factory hid and now i cant even find the black housing option that will work with the factory hid.

I just got done with the 03-04 halogen to OEM HID swap and love it. I bought some of the black ebay housings and swapped all my OEM HID parts and REFLECTOR to it. (my oem lenses were beyond repair due to cracks and chips) I used this DIY for opening them up https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...eadlights.html , and this DIY for the swap https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...s-oem-hid.html . The end product came out really good. As long as you put more sealant on the ebay housings!!!!! This is important to keep the seal tight so you don't get fog in your lenses. Hope this helps

This topic has been beat to death. There is a thread on it. I was thinking about them but one of the guys on driver said his broke like 3 times. So I figured it's not worth the headache. Good luck if you decide to.

yeah im trying to stay away from this.. im more of the "buy nice stuff if you have to replace it" kinda guy... i cheaped out a little on my previous car but overall i used quality parts for it

so the best option for the OEM HID is to modify them so i can have the black housing? or paint the housing?
