Just don't understand how it applies in this particular case.

I know the Honda boys have been stealing GSRs and stripping them just enough for a total and then buying them back and putting them back to together
You suggested to OP to ask his insurance company if it's fixable.

That's how all that have been said applies to this case.
Insurance companies DON'T KNOW if it's fixable, they DON'T CARE if it's fixable, all they know and care about if it's under 70% of market value.

Conclusion. Insurance companies are not the ones to ask if car is fixable or not after it was in an accident.

This is just a worthless semantic argument. Everything is "fixable" and Jeff fully understands what "fixable" means to the subject at hand. Let it go.

Fixable = insurance considers it NOT a total and decides to... wait for it.... fix it.

Who are these "people" you speak of? You seem to be the only one confused.

Jeff (knows he quantified his view after his first post)

Sorry for your loss bro, glad you're ok though.
Good luck with whatever direction you go in next.
