You have the unrevised Z springs.
Better or worse ones? Thats personal preference.
Yes you can run them without issue. Have you checked the stickies?

you didnt search hard enough :-( cause there is a huge sticky on this topic

Q: What is the cheapest suspension system out there?
Looking for the cheapest usually means you’re sacrificing quality for price. However, there are deals to be found, group-buys, vendor specials, and even eBay (buyer beware).

Make sure you know a little information about the product you are buying ahead of time and for the most part…stick with major names because they are more than likely to back-up their product if something goes wrong.

If you still want to lower your car but cost is a factor, one low cost solution is to replace your springs (This only applies to models that came with the sport-suspension package) with “unrevised” 350z springs since they have the same spring rate. Your drop will be on average, 1” around, with only a slight camber to the wheels. Your ride comfort will be the same as sport stock or only slightly affected. More details on how to obtain springs, install, etc, can be found in the Tech Area. (Note – you can still install the 350Z springs with your non-sport struts but it will cause premature wear on them and your performance will suffer)

Thank you for the info. IV been wanting to switch out the whole suspension due to i feel the sport suspension is very rough I'm looking to go BC because that's what everyone recommends but i don't want to be slammed due to the areas i drive in. Even tho they are fully adjustable the max height is still maybe to low for me.

If you think the stock sport suspension is too rough you'll hate the unrevised Z springs. Go with a set of Tein H Techs instead. They'll give you a modest drop and a smoother ride than the Z springs.

a 350z nismo suspension is for sale locally in my area for extremly cheap!!! its the nismo 350z with the 19s in the rear and 18s in the front. How would that be on my car its a full suspension. and before i put my foot in my mouth let me say i realise it will be much stiffer and that was my complaint but its would be worth it if i knew it was becuase i had a nismo tuned suspension under me.

I think the ride might end up having too much bounce or stiffness since it was designed for 350z and the track as well. Do some more research or spring rates and valving on the shocks to see how it would match up.

Edit: Since you already have the springs and if you do have the SPORT SUSPENSION RED SHOCKS, then i would try the springs out if you can find some good prices on labor to get a feel for the ride. If you have to pay too much or can not do it your self then i would look at other options for a complete springs and shock setup to make it cost effective on the install or coil overs. Keep in mind 1.5" or more and you will need a camber kit so you do not wear out the tire tread and end up wasting $$$ in tires. (give or take on the drop but most say 2.0" drop is where it is noticeable)

lolz my bad and not wanting to turn this thread into mish mash but please tell me what you know since nether the OP or I would like to waste money and get poor results. I was under the impression with 350z springs and sport shocks when you keep the same spring rates you will get the same ride feel. If you have non sport shocks then it will be very bouncy and wear out the shocks. I was under the impression nismo was a slight bit stiffer ride and was made for better handling by sacrificing ride quality. I would imagine with the sedan it would affect it a little more and make it slight more bouncy. Please educate at least me if not others so we do not end up spending money on unnecessary parts that will end up just coming right off.

Spring rates

2004.5-2008
Front 314
Rear 427

Nismo Z
Front 492
Rear 672

Edit: Just realized you might have been talking about my camber comment if so let me know lolz

i ended up putting the springs on myself its actully really easy when you have air tools and i rented the strut compressors for autozone for free because they give your money back when you return it. so got a free suspension out of the deal pretty much becuase the springs were gifted also. That is the nismo suspension i was refering to ^^^^^ its good deal but considering its a full suspenison and nismo at that i imagine it would make my sedan lower than i was trying to acommplish and i just wanted a tasteful drop i would reccomend 350z springs to anyone with a sport sedan. they ride good and give a moderate drop while not having to go all out and get camber kits roll fenders or down grade on tire sizes im upgrading from a 245 35 19 in the rear to either a 255 35 this weekend and or 245 40 in the front and 255 40 in the rear and i still wouldnt have any rubing issues or problems.

Glad it worked out for you. I agree that Z suspension is the way to go for a nice cost effective drop.
