G35x front suspension disassembly (wheel bearing related)
I posted this in the suspension forum, but not a lot of action. There are just more guys here.
I'm getting ready to do both front wheel bearings on my '06x. The FSM is not that good, or at least the one I saw.
When i'm looking for is guys who are familiar with the front suspension to share some tips and let me know what I need to get this done? I know there are some of you that can take everything apart with your eyes closed.
The half-shaft needs to come out obviously. I want to remove some of the suspension to give me access to push the shaft through the hub (like the rear). What's the best way to go about this? The top? the bottom?
What special tools do i need for the suspension components? pullers? etc?
In case the bearing is seized int he front spindle, i'll need to pull the whole spindle off so i can press it out. Has anyone done this and any tips to offer?
Has anyone done the rears and found them seized? If so, how did you get the bearings out of the spindle without removing it from the car?
Thanks guys, just trying to make sure i have all the info prior to attempting this. This is my daily driver, so i need to bang this out in one day preferably. I have a good collection of tools, but just need to know what special tools will make the job easier.
Thanks

I rented a slide hammer from autozone when I did my front wheel bearings. My hub assemblies were completely rusted to the nuckles.
My g is rwd, but it couldn't hurt to have one handy for your x install.

Already have one handy....as well as a 3-jaw puller.
I guess what I'm asking is since I gotta take the half shaft out, what suspension parts do I need to unbolt and any special tools required?
