How quick is a 2011 G37S 1/4 mile .vs a fully modded 2006 V35 sedan

A bone stock 2011 G37S 7 speed auto was this much faster than a fully modded NA 2006 G35 sedan ( see pic). but on top of me getting owned by two cars.

The G37 also Killed a 2008 350Z with full exhaust & intake,by two cars

The G37 also killed an E46 M3 by 2 cars

The G37 just barley beat a 135i by a hood
( Although the BMW was very close to catching the G ) the G 37 won

I was Very Very impressed,

What exactly does "fully modded" mean.

Headwork? cams? stroked block? I mean there's so much to do who knows when a car is "fully modded"

looks like basically intake, exhaust and ECU, all on stock motor (as far as go-fast). impressive mod list but engine work would make a big difference. the new sedans have become big and fat, so the added power has to compensate for the added weight... It would be interesting to see power to weight comparisons...

wow, are people really questioning your car? people must not know how fast the 7AT G37 sedans are. it's more than just added peak HP. yeah, there's more weight BUT the 3.7HR has a way better power curve and match that to 7 forward gears and you've got a huge advantage over a modded VQ35DE.

Nismo cams would be a great start. Put in a way that's not the point .The 2011 is so damn quick, you shouldn't have to spend the fortune to get the extra speed.
