Anyone heard of Swift Springs?

So I I wanted to increase the performance of my vehicle but do not want to go with the coilover route. I have always put coilovers on my past vehicles because I was a track junkie. With my G I just dont think its the correct move. I've been in a few cars G35 with coils on it and its just way too stiff. It may not feel stiff to everyone but I just feel like it looses its luxury feel.

I spoke to the guys over at Swift and I was told that they have thought about creating lowering springs for our cars, but they decided that maybe it wasn't worth them releasing it. The main reason being that they are performance oriented company and maybe it might not be a good market for our vehicles. So this post is to see what others thought about these springs. If there is enough interest I believe they will make springs for our cars.

They said it may be just a limited release if they do come out. For those of you guys that don't know what Swift springs is. Just search it. You will see that for every vehicle they have released a spring application for has consistently been the most recognized brand of performance springs.

Ill post up links that I find in google later. but I have seen them for EVO, STI, 370Z, S2000, and even European cars.

They do have some Lowering springs for the 350Z.

Swift springs are second to none in the business

I have their springs on my BC ER setup

Just buy coils... this is a waste of their time since everyone on here just wants to drop their car on Z springs.

And I don't think you've rode in a G with quality coils. My Sedan rides amazing and is within an inch of the ground.

They already show them available for the G35 coupe/350Z.

I've never heard of them, but they don't make any for domestic applications which is where most of my modding centers around.

Glex- The reason why I am asking about the release of these springs for the G35 sedan is because they make their springs around the stock shocks, and then they choose rates and setup depending on chassis design. I am not looking for some frankenstein set of springs to lower my vehicle. The vehicle dynamics can completely change from a two door to a four door. Swift does all the research and figure out what the optimum setup is before they release springs.

4DGS- I've been on many different sets of coilovers, It's not physically possible for a high pressure monotube shock to absorb as well as our stock low pressure twintube units. Im sure it is comfortable to you and it handles well, but I am not looking for anything remotely jarring.

Mustang5L5- Swift springs are one of the most popular suspension springs in circle track racing. I dont know what your definition of domestic is. But it is true I do not see an application for Domestic cars in lowering springs, but they are huge in asphault short track as well as dirt. So if modding your car centers around whats popular in the domestic world, you should check out what they use in the real domestic race market. I do a little bit of racing at my local track in Asphault truck series here in Irwindale. This is how I got wind of this company in the first place.

This is true and this is why I say swift springs are second to none.
Sorry I did not see that this was posted in the sedan section.
I also do Road Course events and Time Attacks and that is how I
heard of this company.

Here is some interesting info also for those that don't know about this company.

I had the swift coupe springs on my sedan, the have close to the same spring rates as the 05-06 sedan. I loved them! My advice if you get them is to get the coupe shock/struts or the sedan sport shocks/struts. If your on non sport shocks/struts they will wear out really fast and your car will bounce like it was on cut springs. Also you will need a front camber kit unless you want that negative camber. I have a pic of my car with the springs installed on my profile. Hope this helped you out.

Any lowering springs will prematurely wear out our shocks/struts unless you have the sport suspension. They where not designed to be used with lowering springs.
