congrats on the fine G, I had a 240 myself and they handle in entirely different worlds, but you'll love it once you're used to it.

So a little update--I'll be coming home next week ahead of schedule in regards to my R&R due to my mother being very sick in the hospital so I'm using some emergency leave days combined with R&R to be at home to help her and my wife with these tough times...

But to keep my mind off of some of these sad things, I've went ahead and started making some car parts purchases...

I ditched my plans to go with the Tein STechs, due to the linear/progressive spring setup, and bought the 350Z Eibach Sportline springs from a forum vendor instead. The Eibachs go lower anyway, from what I'm told...

Also will be buying some 350Z struts locally when I get home to pair them up with the Eibachs. And also gonna get the rear camber arms and toe bolts as well. Not too worried about the fronts just yet.

So I'll have something to do at home, to try and keep my mind off of things when I'm not at the hospital.

I do have a question for some of you wheel fitment guru's though...even though I'm prob. gonna end up with a set of 18'' 350Z rims, I want to go 19'' in the future. I want to go semi-aggressive though but not extreme...

I'm thinking of going with a non-staggered 19x9.5 setup with the same offset all around +22 to +34. I know that I'll need a spacer for the rear to match it up to the front, and I'm prepared for fender rolling, etc...

My questions are what is the minimum size spacer needed for the rear to match the fronts?
And what size tire to run can I run at all four corners?

I'm trying to stay with the same size tire at all four corners for rotating reasons...

I'd appreciate any answers for my questions, and I'd really appreciate any prayers for my mom. Thank you guys...take care.

UPDATE w/ pictures....

So I got home a few days ago, and started picking up some parts that I had been scouting on craigslist...

First up, 350Z KYB struts, less then 5k miles on them, picked them up for under $200

My 350Z Eibachs were delivered by UPS yesterday...

And finally, I ditched the plan to buy the 18'' 350Z wheels, mainly for the fact that the set I was looking at had bad tires...so I got these instead...

Found them on craigslist, guy wanted $750 for them, they had some rash, not too bad, will cost less than $100 to get them fixed, and the tires are 80%...paid under $500 and gave him 2 Xbox games...

Now I gotta find time to install the springs/struts

P.S. == I do have a quick question...I seem to be rubbing in the rear passenger side now, is this normal? I'm not too worried about it because I'm going to roll the fenders anyway, I just didn't think that I would rub at stock height...

I've got 245/40/19...I'm not consistently rubbing, just when I hit a big bump or dip, the passenger rear tire will rub against the fender...at least that's what I think is happening...I know once I lower the car, there will be some camber back there, but I'll probably just end up rolling the rears anyway and save myself the headache...
