lowering Help?!!

I have a 03 g35 sedan, i plan on buying springs The 350z Eibach pro kit springs. which drops a 350 1" and will drop my sedan 2'. my problem is that i hear if you lower your car more than a 1" it will ruin your struts quick.
So what kind of struts would i need to buy or look at i really have no clue about struts at all. Also im on a bit of a budget so if there are good brands that arnt really expensive that still get the job done and are durable please let me know!

Any change in spring rate/ride height will increase the wear on your shocks/struts.
Look into Tokico HP's for the 350z (aka blues). They have a shorter piston shaft and their price is decent at about $280 for a set of 4. Decent upgrade over OE suspension and will get the job done for you. Check the vendors on here for the best pricing.
