Do you have a picture of what you are talking about? From my understanding at least the 05-06 sedans with the AT didn't have a PS cooler, might apply to the 03-04 sedans as well.

There has been two revisions since the release of my original tank.

First I added a more restrictive venting system to the underside of the cap which seemed to fix most of the problems.

The second fix was to make the baffle more restrictive. The first gen had holes all over the baffle but the current model only has small holes around the outside of the baffle.

Between the two fixes, it seems to be working perfect.

You may be referring to a tranny cooler. The 5AT has a tranny cooler built in to the radiator.

yea, I know that. I am talking about the small radiator in front of the main radiator I thought that was for PS fluid

Now that I think about it, is that for the AC?

I'd have to go down to my car to look at that part. Where do those lines going towards the passenger side lead to?

all i know is i have been working on this car for a few hours now ... i cant get it to work ..i called gabe who tried to install in the AT sedan and it seems to be doing just about the same thing in my car with a 6mt and ps cooler ...

i have the fluids in the same exact spot he did where randy told him and me in the messages...

i even took some out of the can and it still not working, hell i think its getting worse... when i give the car some gas and turn the wheels it sounds like the pump isnt getting any fluid ..

im bring it back to my buddy shop and working on it with him for a few more hours .. i hope it drives fine here LOL

ill report back in here in a few hours and let you guys know what happens ..

if it fails im going with SEANS tanks which i should have done in the begin with ...

UPDATE

ok so i went back to S&R Performance in tampa and they helped me out ....

things that might have cause some problems ..

1- i didnt put the teflon tape really good on the smaller connector that feeds to the cooler i believe ... so around the threads was a little wet ..

i took the can and everything off the car to see NO MORE teflon tape :/ the fluids must have eaten it away from the little leak . also it was causing it to suck in air ...

i drove it around next to the shop on the road and made like 20 u turns then went back to check the fluid level ..

went back out for a second time and made another 20 u turns .. it seems to be working way better then when i took it to the shop earlier ...

since its the weekend and i have 3 days off i WILL be driving the car pretty much all weekend and getting the rest of the AIR out of the system ...

it doesnt take 5 minutes for the air to come all out . it takes a little time .. so within the weekend i should be good if everything holds up !!!
