Issue i need help with, id really appreciate it

ok so lately i,ve been driving and hearing a clicking noise or tapping noise when im driving at first it was really just when im a 50 mph road or so, but as of today from when i started my car until it stopped the noise occured.

so heres my Dx and things ive done it doesnt sound like my suspension its coming from the middle of the car (not my engine) but i checked

- checked my heat sheilds
-my LCAs are new so not the bushings ect...
-checked the knucle above the tire no noise
- compression rods are fine no noise from them
- i have a blown shock that makes an odd noise but its not that(bought coils waiting to install)
it only happens when moving and as i increase speed the noise gets faster. truthfully it sounds like when you get out of your car and hear the exhaust tapping the noise is identical and it comes from the middle just like it would you say it's an exhaust leak?
ive only scraped the pipe once on an extremely steep driveway. has anybody had this issue would this explain why my car feels like it has no power when going from a stop?
im replacing my spark plugs tuesday so i should get a lil more power back. and help make things a little bit clear.

any insight or help on the issue would mean alot to me

Is your car automatic or Manual?

Have you checked your oil? Also, are you sure its not an engine knocking sound? Because it doesnt sound like the usual things (suspension, rattling exhaust, etc). Since you are losing power too it automatically points to the engine. Next thing Im thinking of is output shaft bearings....

Oil was good and losing power might have beeen too strong to say the car just feels a little weaker on take off from a start

easy way to check to see if its the rear axle is to put someone in the back seat tell them to stick the head out the window if they hear clicking from any of the rear axles then there could be your problem

sometimes axle just need to be greased up and other time just need to be replaced
