This has to be a joke?!?! Well, if not, that is the correct paint code for IP. However your touch up paint should have come with two bottles. One has BC on it and the other has TC. BAse coat and Top coat, apply them accordingly... But I think you just need to get that off completely and try buffing first..

How bad did it really look before the touch up paint cuz now its horrible?? I'm sure, before you put the touch up paint on that is, that it would have been an easy fix like everyone else is saying. Maybe a clay bar kit and some buffing/waxing would have evened it out a little. Not sure what to tell ya now. Good luck though.

Cut the guy a little bit of slack. He's here for help. I think he already knows how badly it looks and how he messed up.
OP - You are going to have to have it wet sanded, polished and buffed out. You can do this yourself, but you are going to have to be very careful not to sand too much. Try some mineral spirits to get the touch up paint off.

lmao that was great! idk where people get these crazy ideas from. wheres they guy that sanded his trunk after removing his emblems?. OP jus get the bumper repainted should cost no more then $300
btw the trick with applying the tc of IP touchup paint is to do just ONE light coat and it should match pretty well. its when u apply thick coats and mutiple coats it turns out really dark
