Connecting Zune HD to a 04 g35 w/premium package help?

First im new here so hello to everyone and before i posted this i searched over and over on this forum along with others and google and could not find what i needed so decided to post this question knowing i could get heat for this if this has already been asked for but here it goes. Also if im posting in the wrong section please just move i posted here cause this is the thread for the year and model i have.

I have a 2004 g35 5AT with premium package and going to start doing some mods to it . I already got the rims (20's) for it going to install/mount them this weekend. About to order the side markers lights just trying to decide if i get them all black (since my car is black) or get them clear. Next i want to connect a zune hd player that i got for a nephew that requested it for X-mas but then changed his mind last minute & i never returned it so i thought i might as well use it for something only thing is i can find how

I found the SAT connection in the back of the trunk behind the rear seat but have not been able to find an adapter to connect the Zune HD. I just want to be able to control the songs with the steering wheel dont care about it not charging. Can anyone direct me to where i can find one... Also im located in SO CAL just in case that helps.

While I don't know about connecting your zune to the stock system, you could get a new head unit that's zune compatible and a DD dash kit(plus adapters), it would be better and the stock radio has a tendency to break itself simply from normal use. However it is a more expensive option obviously.

I believe you connect it to the sat in on the back of the head unit.

while ive been searching i have found post that say that they have gotten the zune connected but dont say where to get the cable from and other forums all state info on this but direct everyone to this forum and to the AV section which i think is the Audio and Video section but (correct me if im wrong) but i havent found anything in that thread either.

I've got a Zune HD too so I'd be interested to see if there's some adapter for it. Everything I've seen is for iPods..

I didnt even know there was a SAT connector on these cars until now

what year model you got? Edit: just noticed under your name it says you have a 03

on my 04 the sat connector was in the trunk behind the rear seat right around the middle almost on the floor behind the trim/padding
might be the same on yours.

I'll have to check after I get out of school. Right now I just have one of those cassettes with the 3.5mm input cord coming out of it. I wonder if the SAT would give better sound quality..?

That is why I directed you to ebay, there are 6 for sale. As for how it is connected, this is probably the only thing you will find. Wouldn't you rather connect it in the glove box than leave it in the trunk where you can't control it?
